5.3.14 Data Frame: DF_IntendedPoint

Use: The IntendedPoint data frame is used to represent an intended waypoint (of an intended overall path description)
expressed as an offset from the prior point and at the current zoom. It should be noted that these points, especially when
used with special purpose vehicles in an emergency service state condition, are not intended to be exact or precise or to

imply that the subject vehicle will pass over them. The overall design intent is to provide the location where the vehicle
