This example illustrates how the values are all fixed for the user when in this operational role. The SSP process is simply
repeating that these values, and no others, are allowed in this message (which is also allowed).

The RSA message provides a LimitedEVA-RSAevents data concept to convey a limited set of IT IS phrases to describe
either why the vehicle is engaged in this behavior or what is otherwise going on. Not all special vehicles with an RSA
certificate would be allowed to express everything that this data concept provides.

For our example we will assume that the vehicle in question is engaged in some kind of roadwork. It may be of value to
provide additional details in some use cases, so an entry with further detail is also (optionally) provided.
